We’ve all heard about sharp edges on ganache cakes, buttercream cake and more .. Whipped cream sharp edges ??? Something unusual ?? 

Well .. Not anymore.

This class focuses on giving you all the knowledge required while working with whipping cream. Whipped cream is not about beating & putting it onto a cake but much much more… 

During this session, you will learn the following 

  • What is whipping cream 

  • Types of whipping cream 

  • How to work on tall cakes with whipped cream 

  • Layering, Stacking, Torting, Filling Techniques

  • Whipping cream consistencies 

  • Coloring Techniques

  • Airbrushing Techniques  

  • Sharp edges Techniques

  • Decorating a whipped cream cake

During this fun session, every participant will be working on their individual cakes. It’s a complete hands on class where each participant will be working on their individual cylindrical cake (tall round cake)

During this masterclass, you will be provided with all the material required (however each student is required to carry their individual turn table and palette knife for the session – ask the class conductor, Alisha for details if unaware)

We will work you through all the knowledge required to make stunning tall whipped cream sharp edged cakes. Our innovative techniques will help you to learn the skill perfectly.

During our master class, we will also provide you with world class recipes that will help you create some stunning & delightful beauties. We believe a cake should taste as good as it looks 

 

Class Fee :

Goa: Rs 5500 /-  all inclusive  (your class fee includes the cost of your material, lunch, etc)

Mumbai: Rs 5000/- all inclusive  (your class fee includes the cost of your material, lunch, etc)

Delhi: Rs 6500/- all inclusive  (your class fee includes the cost of your material, lunch, etc)

At the end of this session, each participant can take home the stunning cakes created by them.

Kindly note : 

During the class, each student will be working on their individual cakes. However, baking of cakes will not be covered in this session but we will provide you with the recipes of simply delicious ones

We will be providing you with all the materials required however each student needs to bring their own turntable , palette knife and a few additional things which will mostly be available at your homes itself  ( call or whatsapp for details)

This class consist of a fixed number of students per batch, please book your seats at the earliest. Once seats occupied no more registrations will be taken

We do take an advance payment of 50% of the class fee. It can be done via bank transfer or online.

In case of any cancellation, 50% of the fee is non-refundable as well as non-transferable with other workshops conducted by us.

This is an egg free workshop, however, egg recipes will also be shared
