INGREDIENTS – Creamy Mango Yogurt Granola Bites (Frozen yogurt dessert)
Granola
You can buy readymade granola or muesli and combine it with the other ingredients as mentioned below. However, I make granola home. Also, my recipe for homemade muesli will be up soon. Moreover, I like to use granola that’s loaded with dried fruits and nuts but you can use what’s available
Yogurt
The best yogurt we have is Greek yogurt. The reason I say so is that we require thick yogurt. However, if you do not have Greek yogurt make it yourself. Thus, to make it yourself put any ready to use yogurt in a muslin cloth and let the excess liquid fall out. Tie the yogurt in this way for an hour or two and then use. As a result, this will yield thick creamy yogurt just like Greek yogurt
Fruit
So, Mango is what I’ve used since its the mango season and I love the fruit. However, feel free to use any fruit of your choice. Also, you can go in for mix fruits

Creamy Mango Yogurt Granola Bites Recipe (Frozen yogurt dessert recipe)
Ingredients
For the granola base
1 ½ cup Granola/ muesli
6-8 tablespoons Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
4-5 tablespoons Honey
For the yogurt topping
2 cups yogurt
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup honey (or according to sweetness)
½ teaspoon mango essence
½ cup mango cubes, chopped
Instructions (Creamy Mango Yogurt Granola Bites)
Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners
In a bowl, microwave peanut butter, and honey. Mix well and combine with granola.
Put about 2 tablespoons of the granola mixture in every cupcake liner. Using a spoon press the mixture into the liner and smoothen it.
In another bowl, beat the yogurt and cream cheese. Add the mango essence. Add honey only as required. Mix well. You can even add some yellow color at this stage if you want. I didn’t add it.
Pour this mixture over the granola mixture in the cupcake liners with a spoon. Tap the cupcake tray to smoothen the yogurt.
Strategically, place the mango pieces all over the yogurt making sure this looks pretty.
Place this cupcake tray in the freezer for 3 – 4 hours or until firm. Once done, peel the cupcake liner carefully and serve these frozen yogurt bites
