During our Modern Day Fondant Cakes Workshop, you will learn how to create some stunning fondant cakes from scratch to finish. Unlike our traditional fondant based cakes, these cakes are made using frostings like buttercream, chocolate ganache, etc.




You will learn how to make
Excellent Fondant
During the class, you will learn everything about fondant. From the uses of it, the best egg & eggless recipes, top tips to get the perfect finish, how to work with fondant in humid weather, types of fondant and the difference in them, coloring fondant, sharp edges on fondant, draping techniques, etc
Chocolate Ganache Frosting (Variations)
Chocolate ganache seems to be easy for many however it is important to know the right consistency and texture of the ganache. We will be working you through a variety of flavors during this session. You will learn the differences in all the three types of chocolate and will also be provided with recipes for all three types.



During the class
You will learn how to cut, layer, frost, fill and create sharp edges on ganache cakes. Each student will work on their individual cake designs that will help you learn the right methods of cake decorating
You will learn how to drape fondant onto a cake in a professional manner. You will learn how to roll fondant with the right amount of thickness and thinness. Methods on how to drape and get clean edges. How to fix cracks and more to the list.



Converting Fondant into gum-paste
Today, there are modern techniques for converting fondant into gum-paste. Gum-paste helps you to create those stunning cake toppers & flowers, we will be doing it during our workshop
We will also be sharing cake recipes, buttercream recipes, cream cheese frosting & filling recipes during this session.

Decorating a cake board with Fondant
We will be working on various theme cakes based on fashion, elegance, wedding related, Jungle themed, Colors & more. The reason we do so is to give you knowledge of various techniques and methods in the cake decorating field.




During the fondant theme cakes class, our focus is on teaching you the right techniques towards creating theme cakes. We do not just teach you how to create a particular pattern during this workshop but prepare you for new designs for your future creations.
From our previous experiences and feedback, we feel proud to tell you that our fondant cake workshops are considered the best from the Lott. Class Fee For The Fondant Decorating Workshop
Rs 10,000/- for 2 days of intense training (your class fee includes the cost of your material, notes, refreshments, etc) Students are requested to carry their own rolling pin, turn table and fondant mat (more details below)

Lastly,
Kindly note
Each student will be working on different designs on their individual cakes, this will give you an overlook of a number of patterns & techniques as it is not possible to incorporate everything on one cake
During the class, each student will be working on their individual cakes. However, baking of cakes will not be covered in this session but we will provide you with the recipes if needed.
We will be providing you with all the materials required from cakes, frostings, cake boxes, fondant, etc, however, each student needs to bring their own turntable, knife, palette knife, rolling pin & a fondant rolling mat( call for clarification)
This class consist of a fixed number of students per batch, please book your seats at the earliest. Once seats occupied no more registrations will be taken
We do take an advance payment of 50% of the class fee. It can be done via bank transfer or online.
In case of any cancellation, 50% of the fee is non-refundable as well as non-transferable with other workshops conducted by us.

This is an egg-free workshop, however, egg-based recipes will also be shared
