Ingredients

Almond flour 3 tablespoons

Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

Pinch of salt

Egg 1

Oil 1/2 tablespoon

Oil for greasing

Instructions

Firstly, in a small bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and oil together. Beat well using a fork, making sure there are no lumps

Pour this mixture in a small microwave-safe greased bowl and microwave it for exactly 90 seconds

The bread should be fluffy in texture once removed

  2. oh goodness, i used to make keto bread ALL the time a few years ago when i was on a keto focused diet. but yours look sooo much better and more uniform than when i made them hahaha.

  3. This is CRAZY! How does this even work?! I made this and threw it in the toaster – first toast I’ve had in months and it was so good! Love this recipe!

    1. You can also bake in a oven if you don’t have or use a microwave oven. 350° for 14 -15minutes. I do this all the time. Make sure you oil the cup you are making the bread in with coconut or avocado oil. I get 3 slices out of each batch.
