How to make a mocktail? (Orange Sunset Mocktail)

Mint Leaves & Lemon Juice

Combine freshly chopped mint leaves and lemon juice. Muddle the mint leaves in the lemon juice to bring out its freshness and flavor. You may add a few lemon slices to the glass as well

Orange Juice

Add freshly squeezed orange juice to the glass to make the Orange Sunset Mocktail. Feel free to use tetra packs or canned orange juice too. Freshly squeezed is best

Ice cubes

Ice cubes are an important part of making a mocktail. And in this one it definitely is. Adding sufficient ice cubes creates a barrier between the orange juice and the next juice added. This helps in making sure that the colors don’t blend into each other. So, add sufficient ice cubes before adding the next layer, that’s the sprite

Sprite / Sweet Aerated Water / Sweetened Club Soda

Adding sprite or any translucent aerated drink is important. Again, it makes sure the colors don’t blend too much and retain their shades. And also adds a refreshing feel to the overall mocktail

Watermelon juice

Lastly, add fresh watermelon juice. Simply chop some fresh watermelon chunks, blend and strain the juice, and use as required. Add the watermelon juice slowly to make sure the colors don’t blend. And there you have a beautiful sunset effect in a mocktail glass
