Ingredients to make Strawberry Popsicles
Frozen or fresh Strawberries
Use fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries, it doesn’t matter. I’ve used over ripe fresh strawberries as they are in season for us in Mumbai . Over-ripe strawberries are naturally sweeter and thus you land up using lesser sugar to make these fruit popsicles
Sugar
Use any kind of sugar. It could be granulated sugar or sugar syrup. Feel free to use honey or maple syrup as a substitute too. The sugar or sweetener needs to be added as per taste depending on how tarty the strawberries are
Lime
A combination of sour and sweet flavors is what makes a popsicle special. Lime juice adds a refreshing tangy taste which blends well with strawberries. Again, you could reduce or increase the quantity of lime as per taste
How to make Homemade Popsicles?
Chop a fruit of your choice. The more ripe the fruit, the better it taste. Feel free to use frozen fruits too
In a blender, combine the fruit, sugar and lime. Blend until smooth
Pour in popsicle molds and freeze it for a couple of hours. Serve it whenever your in for a refreshing bite

How do you remove the strawberry popsicles from the mold?
To remove the popsicles from the mold easily,
place the mold in a bowl of room temperature water. Keep shaking the mold in the bowl for 10 to 15 seconds. This will loosen the sides of the popsicles
Twist the stick of the popsicles to loosen the edges. This should let the popsicle come out easily
