During this class, you will learn the right techniques to making french macarons from batter consistency to airbrushing macarons. Achieve the perfect macaron feet with a chewy inside and crisp top. You will also learn how to make macaron fillings. We doing three major fillings which will help you do a number of variations in future.
Designer macarons are all about creativity and various techniques. You will learn how to work with different elements like edible macaron writings, painting or coloring macarons, stenciling work, etc

We do take an advance payment of 50% of the class fee. It can be done via bank transfer or online.
This is not an egg-free class. Original macarons have always been with egg and we do not plan to change this in any way.
In case of any cancellation, 50% of the fee is non-refundable as well as non-transferable with other workshops conducted by us.
