- 1 cup chopped ripe mango
- ¼ cup water
- 2 teaspoons mint leaves finely chopped
- sugar as per taste
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 cups sprite/ sweetened club soda
- 5-6 ice cubes
- mango chunks & a sprig of mint for garnishing
In a blender, add the mango pieces and water together. Blend well until smooth and creamy in texture
In a big wide glass, put the chopped mint leaves, sugar & lime juice. Muddle this mixture using a muddler or one corner of a rolling pin. This will bring out the real minty flavor in the mocktail
Add the mango pulp to this mixture. Top it up with chilled sprite and ice cubes. Stir well
Garnish with a round mango piece that is slit and placed on the rim of the glass with a sprig of mint. That's it. Enjoy your easy mango mojito!!
