This is The Best Strawberry Dessert In a Glass Recipe topped with creamy Coconut Panna Cotta and fresh strawberries. A perfect dessert with a blast of fresh fruit in every bite and a mild creamy coconut flavor. This dessert tastes as delicious as it looks

Ingredients

For the Jelly Layer (Bottom):

  • 420 ml cold water
  • 2 tsp agar-agar powder
  • 70 grams sugar
  • tsp strawberry essence
  • 20-25 fresh strawberries, cut or uncut

For the pannacotta mixture:

  • 180 ml Coconut cream
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 280 ml cooking cream
  • 100 grams sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • Few fresh strawberries, for garnishing

Instructions

TO MAKE THE JELLY LAYER:

  • In a bowl, combine the cold water and agar-agar powder, mix well and set aside for 5 mins
  • Then, put this mixture in a pan on medium heat, add the strawberry essence and sugar and stir until all the agar-agar powder and sugar has dissolved
  • Remove from the heat and let it turn lukewarm. Now, strain the mixture
  • Put the cut or uncut strawberries in glasses. Pour the agar-agar mixture over the strawberries and refrigerate for 5-8 mins or until set and not liquidy

TO MAKE THE PANNACOTTA LAYER:

  • In a bowl add the coconut cream and gelatine powder. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. As a result, the gelatin will bloom in the coconut cream
  • In a pan, on medium heat add the cooking cream and sugar. Mix well. Add the Vanilla essence, and coconut cream mixture as well. Mix well. Cook until all the sugar and gelatine has dissolved. It should be a non-grainy mixture. Switch off the gas and let this mixture turn lukewarm
  • Now, pour it over the jelly layer and refrigerate for an hour or until set. Then, top it up with fresh strawberries and serve
