Learn how to make a healthy fruit popsicle for kids with coconut water and blueberries with this healthy popsicle recipe which has just few ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water 470 ml
  • 2 tbsps honey add only as per taste
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries 150 grams (or any fruit of your choice)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the honey with coconut water. Mix well. Add the honey only as per sweetness
  • Next, in a popsicle mold, add the blueberries. Top it up with the sweetened coconut water and freeze for 8 hours
