Learn how to make a heathy Strawberry Smoothie with fresh strawberries, banana and milk. This is an easy and healthy smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 grams strawberries, fresh or frozen 1.25 cups roughly chopped
  • 2 medium bananas, fresh or frozen roughly chopped
  • ¾ cup milk 180 ml
  • Honey as per sweetness optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the chopped strawberries, banaanas, milk and honey. Blend until smooth
  • Pour in a glass and decorate the glass with a full strawberry. Enjoy !!
