This Healthy Green juice recipe for weight loss is an easy and delicious healthy juice recipe. Takes barely 5 mins to make this detox juice for glowing skin

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber chopped 200 grams approx
  • ½ large apple, chopped 90 grams approx
  • 10-12 spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 kiwi, chopped 60 grams approx
  • ¼ cup water
  • few mint leaves optional

Instructions

  • Wash the spinach leaves and cook it for 2 minutes along with the water. Switch off the gas and let it come to room temperature
  • Next, add the spinach leaves with the water, cucumber, apple, ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves and kiwi (all the ingredients) in a blender. Blend until smooth and consume immediately or within an hour
