What can you make with ripe bananas? Also considering the recipe should be healthy? Then you've hit the right blog post. We're making fluffy chocolate oats banana muffins that have basic ingredients and are easy to make
- 3 ripe bananas, big size
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 70 grams oil
- 120 grams honey or maple syrup
- 180 grams oats flour
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 100 grams couverture dark chocolate, chopped
In a big bowl, mash bananas using a fork or masher. Add the eggs and vanilla essence. Combine all well
Next, add oil and honey to the mixture, Whisk until well combined
Add the oats flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, Mix well using a whisk
Add some chocolate chunks to the batter and then pour this batter into muffin cups upto 3/4th. Top it up with more chocolate chunks
Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 to 20 mins (I use the top & bottom baking mode)
Do not overcook, or else the muffins turn dry. Once baked, top it up with a drizzle of melted chocolate and serve
