Creamy and delicious Dalgona coffee has taken over Instagram and is a quarantine sensation. It has gained a lot of attention during the coronavirus lockdown

  • 2 tbsps instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsps granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsps warm water
  • 2 cups milk, hot or cold

  • Firstly, combine the coffee powder, sugar and warm water in a bowl. Beat it all up using a whisk or an electric beater. The mixture should turn fluffy and creamy
  • Secondly, pour chilled milk or hot milk in 2 glasses and top it up with this creamy coffee mixture. The coffee mixture should float over the milk
  • Sprinkle some more coffee powder to make it look fancy (optional)

Recipe Notes

You may add one more tablespoon of sugar if you'd like it a bit sweeter
Use the prepared coffee mixture within 15 mins or it may deflate and loose its fluffy texture
