This Vegan and Healthy Mango Ice cream Recipe is a must-try if you’re a mango lover. Creamy and delicious, this mango ice cream is dairy-free and contains natural sugars. It’s not just good for the kids but also fun to make with them


  • 250 grams mango, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 2 medium frozen bananas, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or as per taste
  • 150 grams mango chunks
  • 30 grams almond flakes


  • In a blender, add the chopped 250 grams mango, frozen bananas, desiccated coconut and honey. Blend until it forms a smooth paste
  • Pour this in an airtight container. Add the 150 grams of mango chunks and almond flakes to this mixture. Roughly mix and close the airtight container well, freeze for 8 hours (you can even enjoy the icecream mixture without the freezing process)
  • Or after 8 hours, dip an ice cream scooper in warm water and scoop out the mango icecream into a bowl. Top it up with mint leaves and serve
