Orange Sunset Mocktail is one of the easiest mocktail recipes for the summers. This Orange Watermelon mocktail is a refreshing summer drink that's quick and easy to make at home

  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2-3 lemon slices (optional)
  • ¼ cup ,60 ml orange juice
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • ¼ cup ,60 ml sprite or sweetened club soda
  • ¼ cup 60 ml fresh watermelon juice
  • 1 Orange slice & mint leaves, for garnishing

  • Firstly, in a tall glass add the chopped mint & lemon juice. Crush the mint in the lemon juice using a muddler, rolling pink, or the back of a large spoon. This brings out the minty flavor. Add a few lemon slices (optional)
  • Next, add the orange juice over the lemon juice mixture. Top this up with ice cubes. Add sufficient icecubes
  • Then, add the sprite over it. If no sprite, you may add any aerated translucent drink
  • Next, carefully pour the watermelon juice over the sprite. Do it slowly, to make sure the layers don't mix
  • Decorate the glass with a slice of orange & mint leaves
