Virgin Pina Colada is a combination of Pineapple and Coconut. Perfect for the summers, this mocktail is creamy, refreshing, and made with just a few ingredients and alcohol-free

Equipment /Tools

  • Blender


  • 1 cup pineapple juice, fresh or canned
  • ½ cup thick coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • sugar, as per taste
  • 6-8 ice cubes


  • In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, thick coconut milk, ice cubes and lemon juice. Blend for about 15 to 20 seconds
  • Next, add the sugar as per taste and continue blending.
  • Once done serve in a glass and garnish with pineapple chunks
