  • ¼ cup seeds pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, etc
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ cup raisins or any dried fruit
  • cup chocolate chips
  • A pinch of cream of tartar optional
  • egg white of 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup castor sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Line 2 trays with baking paper. On the first tray, add the oats and nuts. On the other tray add the desiccated coconut and seeds. Place both trays and toast in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 15-20 mins. The coconut should turn light brown. Let this cool for 10 mins
