The Tropical Sunrise is a juice with a blend of Pineapple, Oranges, Carrots and more goodness. It’s delicious and super healthy. Filled with the goodness of veggies & fruits this blend is yum and a perfect start to a busy day


  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 medium-sized pineapple
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 piece of ginger a small piece
  • 8-10 ice cubes


  • Clean the carrots and pineapple and roughly chop them
  • Clean the piece of ginger and roughly chop it
  • In a blender, put the carrots, pineapple, ginger, orange juice and ice cubes. Blend well.
  • Add the lemon juice and continue blending
  • Once done, strain the mixture and consume the juice within a day

Recipe Notes

Store in the refrigerator if you do not consume it immediately
You can even add some mint leaves while blending if you’d like it
