This Vegan and Healthy Mango Ice cream Recipe is a must-try if you’re a mango lover. Creamy and delicious, this mango ice cream is dairy-free and contains natural sugars. It’s not just good for the kids but also fun to make with them
- 250 grams mango, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 2 medium frozen bananas, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey, or as per taste
- 150 grams mango chunks
- 30 grams almond flakes
In a blender, add the chopped 250 grams mango, frozen bananas, desiccated coconut and honey. Blend until it forms a smooth paste
Pour this in an airtight container. Add the 150 grams of mango chunks and almond flakes to this mixture. Roughly mix and close the airtight container well, freeze for 8 hours (you can even enjoy the icecream mixture without the freezing process)
Or after 8 hours, dip an ice cream scooper in warm water and scoop out the mango icecream into a bowl. Top it up with mint leaves and serve
