During this session, we promise to uncover all our secrets to making the best Christmas cake from scratch to finish. We will be teaching you the art of decorating these beautiful cakes all by yourself, therefore, making this one-day session a fun one

During the workshop, you will learn how to make,
-Moist Rich Fruit Boozy Christmas Plum Cake (this recipe is our pride)
-Marzipan ( delicious cashew-based dough with our easy techniques & recipe)
-Excellent Fondant (Homemade)
-Christmas Cake Decor (its the most exciting part of the class where students will be decorating their own cakes under our supervision)
-Converting Fondant into Gum Paste (this will help you with many more future projects which involve fondant work)
This workshop focuses on teaching you everything from the real basics. We begin with giving you knowledge on how to make & bake the authentic Christmas cakes. Details on soaking, baking, mixing, etc will be thought
Marzipan is a task when it comes to doing it yourself. However, we will share our special recipe for making easy & tasty marzipan with a detailed step by step explanation
You will also learn to make good homemade fondant from scratch. Homemade fondant can be used for your other baking creations as long as you learn the right tricks to make it perfectly well
The right techniques on coloring, rolling and draping fondant will be also be covered
Methods on how to convert fondant into gum paste and create some stunning Christmas decoration will also be done by all during the class
Variations to the given recipes will also be shared
Class Fee For The Best Christmas Cake Workshop Ever
Mumbai: Rs 4800/- ( your class fee is inclusive of the notes, material, refreshments, etc – however, each student will need to carry their own rolling pin, fondant rolling mat, apron, and napkins for the workshop)
At the end of this session, each participant can take home their stunning Christmas cakes created by them.

Note: The above cake recipes & methods thought can also be used for making wedding cakes so your on a double bonus with this class. Feel free to attend the sugar flowers workshop once you’ve done this workshop as you now know how to create fondant cakes from scratch, sugar flowers will take your cakes to the next level.
During this class, each student will be working on their individual Christmas cake. However, mixing of the cake batter, fondant & marzipan making will be done by the class instructor to make sure the students can write notes and points while paying attention
We will be providing you with all the materials required from cakes, marzipan, fondant, cake boxes, etc, however, each student needs to bring their own turntable (optional), knife, rolling pin, napkins, aprons(call for clarification)
This class consist of a fixed number of students per batch,therefore, please book your seats at the earliest. Once seats occupied no more registrations will be taken
We do take an advance payment of 50% of the class fee. It can be done via bank transfer or online.
In case of any cancellation, 50% of the fee is non-refundable as well as non-transferable with other workshops conducted by us.
