So, like always I try to bring to you some easy recipes which are quick and taste delicious. Therefore, I’ve brought to you one of my all-time favorite tea time cake recipe which is full of flavor, super moist and so easy to make this Chocolate coffee banana cake. So, the first time I made it I knew it was one of those recipes that needed to get into my recipe book. The banana is what makes it different and moreover, the coffee flavor just enhances it more. Thus, this cake is super moist and hassle-free.

To begin with (Chocolate Coffee Banana Cake Recipe)

First of all, you need to know that this recipe requires ripe bananas. Ripe bananas will bring out the real taste in the cake. Super ripe, mashy like bananas are perfect for a banana cake.

Since this is a chocolate cake it is very essential you use good quality unsweetened cocoa powder. Once the cake batter is ready you will notice that the batter is quite thin as compared to normal cake batters. Do not panic since this is the right consistency for this cake.

So, I’ve kept this cake plain with no frosting or nuts added to it. But if you’d like it with frosting or some nuts, go ahead. I think walnuts would be perfect or even hazelnuts. Top it up with some chocolate ganache and there you have one really delicious rich cake. Since I like mine simple for chai time there are no add on’s in this recipe

Therefore, with no much drama for this one, here’s the recipe.
