The market is all about compound chocolate in India right now however nothing can beat the creations done with couverture chocolate. Couverture chocolate is the REAL CHOCOLATE. It lets you experience the true taste of chocolate in every way. 

Join us at our signature couverture chocolate workshop where we will create some real beauties and learn alot of latest techniques using couverture chocolate.

During the class, 

-Know the difference between working with compound & couverture chocolate 

-Different types and brands available, details on quality, sheen, texture, etc

-Tempering 

-Working with cocoa butter 

-Designs , cocoa butter textures & patterns 

-Creating chocolate fillings with the right consistencies

-Working with texture sheets 

-Making of bonbons & pralines

-Perfect sheen & finish

-Chocolate Enrobing

-Working with flavors & pastes 

-Pricing, storing & packaging 

We will be working with a few fillings however you will also be provided with recipes to create some more fillings. Praline paste, fruit coolies, flavored ganache fillings will also be discussed. 

Couverture chocolate creations are different from compound chocolate creations 

 

Class Fee: Rs 4400/-  (your class fee is inclusive of the material, notes, lunch, etc)

This is an egg free workshops (just incase you thought the fillings may contain egg)

People new to chocolate making, feel free to be a part of this certified workshop

We do take an advance payment of 50% of the class fee. It can be done via bank transfer or online.

In case of any cancellation, 50% of the fee is non-refundable as well as non-transferable with other workshops conducted by us.

Details of suppliers available in the market will also be shared

Take home portions of what is made during the workshop, printed notes & lots of knowledge
