Hi there, I’m Alisha and I’ve been in the baking & cake decorating business for more than a decade. I’ve taught a 1000+ students in my baking journey, both with online and offline workshops.
In this edition 2 of christmas sweets you learn some classy one’s. I’ve tried my best to give tips & tricks that will yield the right texture and consistency. We even have other online workshops on Christmas sweets, find details of the same at the end of this post

Homemade Marzipan
Learn our easy marzipan recipe which is loaded with tips and tricks to getting the right texture and taste. Not just that, you will also learn to color & carve pretty fruits and vegetable shapes using marzipan without any fancy tools. If you want to learn many more carvings, join our special class on just marzipan carvings

Eggless marshmallows
You will be surprised to see how fluffy, bouncy and delicious these are. Marshmallows are normally made with raw egg whites but this one is completely egg-free and still perfect This workshop has a lot of tips and tricks shared to make quality sweets. And you’ll be surprised to see how detailed they are

Chocolate walnut fudge
This is a traditional recipe that is made from scratch by thickening the milk and not like the quick fudge which is a mere combination of cream and chocolate. It’s definitely going to be worth learning traditional recipes from scratch rather than the quick versions

Walnut Fondant Creams
A not-so-common, delicious creamy Christmas sweet that is easy and quick to make. P.S – It’s not the fondant dough that you cover wedding cakes with, this is an anglo Christmas sweet and is worth learning. Thus, join in the Christmas Sweets Class to learn this one from scratch

Yes !! Once you join the workshop, you get access to the videos for one year. There are written notes attached to this class. These notes can be downloaded and printed for future use. The notes include written recipes, tips & tricks, places you could buy your stuff, brand names of the ingredients we use and all the material we require for class
Yes ! That’s because we get into details of even the basics at class, just like teaching little toddlers alphabets or numbers. Anyone new to baking and cooking can feel free to join in. You will be surprised to see how easy forming fruits and vegatable shapes are, with our quick and easy techniques
