These Rabri Dessert Shots are perfect for the festive season. Topped with various Indian desserts in one glass these shots don’t just look great but taste even better. From Rasgullas to mawa cake, it has it all

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces motichoor ladoo's Indian mithai
  • ¾ cup mawa cake cut into cubes
  • 2 cups rabri Indian mithai
  • 6 rasgullas Indian mithai
  • milk as required
  • saffron strands for garnishing

Instructions

  • Take 6 shot glasses, wipe them clean with a dry cloth and set aside
  • Using your fingers, crush the motichoor ladoos roughly. Put them in the shot glasses and press slightly to make it the base of this dessert
  • Next, put the chopped mawa cake pieces as the next layer in these dessert shot glasses
  • In a small bowl add a little milk to the rabri if required to adjust the consistency of the rabri. You do want the rabri to be too thick nor too thin. Pour the rabri over the mawa cake filling up to ¾ of the glass
  • Place each rasgulla on the top of the rabri and garnish with saffron strands. Chill and serve
