Cheddar Cheese Crisps recipe are baked cheese slices also known as cheese chips. These Keto cheese chips recipe is the best crisps with sliced cheese. A one ingredient recipe that's easy and delicious
- 200 grams Cheddar Cheese 8-10 slices
- Parchment Paper or Silicone Baking Mat
Unwrap the cheddar cheese slices and cut each slice into four parts (like little squares)
Place these squares on a PARCHMENT PAPER or silicone mat and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not brown them as they turn bitter
Sign that the crisp are done - The cheese will stop bubbling too much in the oven
Once done, remove the tray from the oven and set aside at room temperature for 10 minutes. Peel off the crisps from the sheets once ready and serve
To store, refrigerate it in an airtight container for upto a week
