This Healthy Raspberry Smoothie Bowl is a delicious blend of fruit and yogurt making it a perfect healthy breakfast recipe or snack
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 big frozen banana cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp honey OR maple syrup
- 1 heaped tablespoon nut butter of your choice I used peanut butter
- ½ cup thick yogurt I used greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
For the toppings
- chia seeds
- banana, chopped
- almond flakes
- few raspberries
In a blender, add frozen raspberries, frozen banana, honey, nut butter, and yogurt. Blend until it forms a smooth smoothie
Add the chia seeds and blend again
Pour the mixture in a bowl and top it up with toppings of your choice. I added, some banana, almond flakes, chia seeds and raspberries
