My aim at this workshop is to teach you how to create various gifting options this Easter rather than just traditional marzipan eggs
These Edible Easter goodies are fun to make and are absolutely delicious. I’m sure it would be the perfect goodie for all your loved ones. Join us at the class in Mumbai to learn how to make these fun elements
What do you learn at class?
Almond Marzipan (on a stick)
Iced Easter Bunnies (work with the cookie dough and decorate with various royal icing consistencies)
Easter Meringues (topped with more almond eggs)
Hazelnut Overloaded Chocolate Egg (Not a ganache filling) – This one’s everyone’s favorite egg
Learn to make the classic almond-based marzipan with a few easy tips & tricks. These almond lollies are perfect to make when you have kids around
We will also be making our own sugar bunny cookies and royal icing. The aim is to teach you various icing consistencies and how to work with it
Easter Meringues are the cutest looking on the list. Their easy to make and a favorite among kids
Join us to learn our secret hazelnut chocolate egg which is loaded with crispiness and gooey chocolate. This is a favorite and a must-learn if you’re a chocolate lover. (If your thinking its chocolate ganache in there, your absolutely wrong, it’s much more than just classic ganache)
WORKSHOP ON EASTER GOODIES
This is Partly Hands-on class as students need to write a lot of tips and tricks during the making. However, royal icing nozzle work, molding of eggs, fancy wrappings, etc will be done by all

WORKSHOP FEE:
Rs 2500/- all-inclusive (You do not have to get anything but yourself for this workshop, everything will be provided)
Take home portions of what is made during the workshop, printed notes & lots of knowledge

This class consist of a fixed number of students per batch, please book your seats at the earliest. Once seats occupied no more registrations will be taken
Also, we do take an advance payment of 50% of the class fee. So, it can be done via bank transfers or google pay
In case of any cancellation, 50% of the fee is non-refundable as well as non-transferable with other workshops conducted by us.
This workshop is open to all above the age group of 12 years. You do not require any prior knowledge on cooking or baking to join in this class as we cover the real basics at the start of the workshop and then move higher
