TIPS TO GET THE RIGHT TEXTURE AND LOOK (Strawberry Dessert In A Glass)
Strain the JELLY MIXTURE
First of all, the jelly mixture is made using agar-agar powder. Also, it is a transparent mixture to make sure the strawberries are seen through the mixture. Therefore, to make sure the jelly mix is transparent and not cloudy, wait for the mixture to turn lukewarm from super hot. Finally, strain the mixture and use accordingly
How to make sure the layers stick to each other ?? (Agar-Agar Strawberry Dessert)
Once you’ve poured the jelly mixture into the glass, let it sit in the fridge for 5-8 mins. As a result, the mixture should feel firm but not won’t be super chilled. Similarly, pour the pannacotta mixture over the jelly layer. As a result, the two layers set well over each other
Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk ??
Lastly, coconut cream is thicker and more real as compared to coconut milk. Therefore, coconut cream is whats preferable but just in case it’s not available then coconut milk should be fine.

Hi Dee.. So glad you like the recipes
Yes !! You can try making the coconut pannacotta with agar-agar. Substitute the gelatin with 1 teaspoon of agar-agar powder(no change in the method, follow the same). However, the texture of the pannacotta will be quite different, more crumbly as compared to the gelatin one
