Join me in The Easter special workshop where I will be teaching you the art of creating these stunning Easter eggs.
From creating those traditional marzipan eggs to making some stunning chocolate bunnies. This workshop focuses on teaching you to create a variety of eggs & bunnies as we play with colors, techniques & flavors. Our recipes are created keeping in mind the traditional taste as well as methods & techniques that are easy to use.

During the workshop, I begin with teaching you how to make your own marzipan with our easy full proof recipe. Techniques on how to mold the eggs will also be shown. We will also be working with chocolate to create some luscious eggs & bunnies. You will learn how to use edible shimmers over chocolates and also learn how to make gems filled hollow eggs. I will also teach you to make your own flowers & royal icing decorating techniques to make your eggs look stunning. At the end of this session, we will also be working on some wrapping techniques as presentation matters.

This is Partly Hands-on class as students need to write a lot of tips and tricks during the making. However, royal icing nozzle work, molding of eggs, fancy wrappings, etc will be done by all
