Firstly, this Tropical fruit is miraculous. It has so many health benefits and loaded with vitamin B. While buying pineapple look in for bright yellow ones as it gives a perfect sunrise shade to your drink when combined with bright carrots and orangy oranges.
Avoid using the center parts of pineapple as it may end up with itchiness in your throat while you sip onto some juice.

2 medium-sized carrots
1 medium-sized pineapple
1 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 piece of ginger, a small piece
8-10 ice cubes
Instructions (Tropical Sunrise – Refreshing Summer Drink Recipes)
Clean the carrots and pineapple and roughly chop them
Clean the piece of ginger and roughly chop it
In a blender, put the carrots, pineapple, ginger, orange juice, and ice cubes. Blend well.
Add the lemon juice and continue blending
Once done, strain the mixture and consume the juice within a day
Store in the refrigerator if you do not consume it immediately
You can even add some mint leaves while blending if you’d like it
