Ingredients – Best Recipe For Summer Drinks (Tropical Sunrise)

Pineapple (Fruit Cocktails)

Firstly, this Tropical fruit is miraculous. It has so many health benefits and loaded with vitamin B. It boosts the immune system, and respiratory health strengthens bones, reduces inflammation, cures coughs and cold and also helps in weight loss. While buying pineapple look in for bright yellow ones as it gives a perfect sunrise shade to your drink when combined with bright carrots and orangy oranges.

Avoid using the center parts of pineapple as it may end up with itchiness in your throat while you sip onto some juice.

Carrots

Reduces cholesterol, lower risk of heart attacks, prevents certain cancers, improved vision, reduces signs of premature aging, improves skin, boost the immune system and so so much more to this list. This is one major veggie which goes into our juice and makes it more power-packed. You can use whatever carrots available in whichever season.

Orange Juice

To make this juice you require freshly squeezed orange juice. Not the readymade tetra packs.  Orange juice adds to the tangy flavor and is a good blend when combined with pineapple and carrots.
