OLD FASHIONED FARMHOUSE COOKIE RECIPE
So, are you planning to have a tea party at your place anytime soon? You’ve just found the right cookie recipe to impress your guest. This Farmhouse cookie recipe is one of my all-time favorites. Similarly, they’re easy to make and super yummy. Additionally, these cookies give you the best of nuts, muesli, raisins and more…

ABOUT THIS RECIPE – Farmhouse Cookies
Firstly, you begin with creaming the butter & sugar together. I like to powder brown sugar before using it. As a result, it makes it easier to cream the butter with powdered brown sugar. Next, make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature.
Also, this recipe includes peanut butter, I like to use crunchy peanut butter but you can feel free to use the creamy peanut butter.
When it comes to Muesli, you can add any of the muesli’s available in the market or even homemade muesli. I’ve used nuts & raisin muesli for this one.

Farmhouse Cookies Recipe
Once your cookie mixture is ready and looks like this you are all set to get the cookies ready for baking. In other words, do not let this mixture stay unbaked for long as the muesli in it will get soggy. So, once you’ve mixed all the ingredients get started with the baking process that will yield crunchy cookies.
Next, using 2 spoons or an ice cream scooper, scoop the cookies and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Also, you can even mold them by hand if you’d like a more precise shape.
Once ready, bake them at 180 C for 15-20 mins, until golden brown. Cool for 1o mins once out of the oven. Next, all you need to do is EAT ..
