Whipping Cream
Use pure full-fat dairy whipping cream to make a delicious and creamy icecream. You may also find non dairy whipped creams around, but nothing like the dairy version of it
Condensed Milk
Condensed milk adds texture and sweetness to the icecream. Use fresh creamy and thick condensed milk. Do not substitute this with granulated or powdered sugar


Quick & Easy Icecream Recipe
The quick and easy ice cream is made of just 2 main ingredients, that’s whipped cream and milkmaid. Beat both together and freeze. This is your icecream base or a basic icecream mix
To make various flavors of icecream, mix any kind of fruit fillings, jams or essences of your choice along with the whipping cream and milkmaid. Combine it all together and freeze. There you have it, a simple and easy homemade icecream
How to make Plum icecream?
Make the homemade plum jam or purchase the store bought one
Beat up whipping cream along with condensed milk to add sweetness to the cream
While whipping it, combine the jam and freeze for a couple of hours

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Plum Jam
- ¾ cup Condensed milk
- 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
For swirling with the icecream base
- ¼ cup Plum Jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat up the chilled whipping cream until semi stiff peaks
- Add the condensed milk to it and continue beating
- Next add the plum jam (1/4 cup) and beat well until thick and creamy
- Pour half of this mixture into a glass bowl or tray. Add a few dollops of plum jam around and swirl it into the icecream base using a toothpick. Pour the remaining icecream base over it and add some more plum jam around. Swirl is well into the icecream base and cover the dish with cling wrap
- Freeze for 6 to 8 hours. Once ready scoop out the icecream using an ice cream scooper and serve immediately
