In a glass, using a muddler, muddle sugar, lime juice and mint leaves

Add loads of icecubes, along with club soda. Add rum if making a mojito cocktail

Ingredients to make Blueberry Mojito

Blueberries

Fresh or frozen blueberries are needed. The softer the berries, the easier it is to squash and the sweeter they are. Feel free to use any other kind of berries of your choice

Sugar

Fine sugar adds sweetness to this mocktail. Squashing the berries with the sugar, helps to dissolve the sugar. Feel free to use sugar syrup instead of fine sugar

Lime juice

Freshly squeezed lime juice adds a tangy taste to this mocktail. No missing this one. Set aside few lemon slices for garnishing

Mint leaves

Mind leaves add a refreshing minty flavor to any drink. Muddling the mint leaves initially with the sugar and berries brings out the flavor in it. Keep a sprig of mint leaves aside for decoration

Ice cubes

A cocktail or mocktail is incomplete without icecubes. Add loads of these to make a refreshing drink

Soda water

Soda water is just aerated water and a must to be make a refreshing mojito drink. Add the soda water just before sipping or serving

How to make Blueberry Mojito

Step 1

In a glass, using a muddler, muddle mint sugar, blueberries, lime juice and mint leaves

Step 2

Add loads of ice cubes and soda water to it. Throw in some blueberries, lime slices and serve with a sprig of mint

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fine sugar or as required
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 75 grams blueberries 1/2 cup
  • 6-7 mint leaves
  • 1 cup soda water 240 ml
  • 6-7 icecubes

For garnishing

  • A sprig of mint
  • few blueberries
  • lemon slices

Instructions

  • In a glass, add the sugar, mint leaves, blueberries and lemon juice. Using a muddler, muddle the mixture until all the sugar has dissolved and the blueberries release its juice
  • Add the icecubes and soda water to the mixture and stir well
  • Top it up with a few blueberries, lemon slices and a sprig of mint
