Ingredients to make a classic Peaches and Cream Recipe

Peach fruit

Fresh peaches are delicious. The softer the peach the sweeter will it be. If fresh peach fruit is unavailable, you may use canned as an option

Heavy Cream

Heavy Cream is what gives this dessert its creamy texture. Use good quality full-fat heavy cream for a smooth and thick consistency

Sugar

Adding a little sugar to the peaches and the heavy cream is essential. Peaches are tart in taste and thus the sugar balances it best
