About this cake
First, this Tres Leches cake is moist and rich in taste. Also, it feels more like a pudding, very juicy and tender. Above all, this cake tastes best when served chilled topped with whipped cream and fruits
So, here’s my fabulous recipe. Moreover, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do !!
Ingredients and substitutes
- Evaporated Milk – First of all, evaporated milk is easily available in stores however if you do not find it, make it yourself !! Therefore, to make evaporated milk, boil regular full-fat milk stirring it every 5 mins until it reduces to half the quantity. Moreover, this process removes 50%-60% of the water from the milk making it slightly thicker and tastier than before
- Eggs – Please note, that this recipe has no substitute for eggs. Therefore, eggs are another powerful ingredient in this milk cake recipe, it gives the cake the perfect texture and a smooth feel in every bite
