Quick And Easy Brownies Recipe
Above all, the internet is loaded with brownie recipes. For instance, some made with only cocoa powder and some with a combination of cocoa powder & chocolate. My brownie recipe is made with only pure dark decadent chocolate, no cocoa powder. In other words, I believe in keeping it real and this is where pure chocolate steps in.
As a result, a brownie made with pure chocolate is fudgy & rich. Simply moist and perhaps the recipe that you have been looking for
LET’S TALK INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE BEST BROWNIES – Simple Chocolate Brownies Recipe
PURE CHOCOLATE / COCOA POWDER / OR BOTH
So, you may come across so many recipes which are made only with cocoa powder. To me, they feel more like dense cake-like texture and not the Best Brownie in the world. First of all, brownies made with pure chocolate also known as real chocolate are the ultimate. As a result, they taste rich and are the reason why brownies are so different from a regular chocolate cake
In addition, my favorite brand has always been Callebaut when it comes to pure dark chocolate (I’m not sponsored to say so, its just pure chocolate love)
BROWN SUGAR OR WHITE SUGAR
Brown sugar it is !! You can use regular white sugar however if you’re looking for that defined texture and taste, nothing like brown sugar in a brownie. Also, feel free to use a combination of white and brown sugar if you would like to. I prefer sticking onto only brown sugar
BUTTER
Use regular salted room temperature butter. However, if you plan on using unsalted butter, go ahead and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt along with the other ingredients
NUTS
In addition, walnuts go really well with brownies. So does hazelnuts. However, I like these moist brownies all by itself, with no nuts. If you’d like some crunch, go ahead and add nuts as required
