Ingredients and substitutes

  • Evaporated Milk – First of all, evaporated milk is easily available in stores however if you do not find it, make it yourself !! Therefore, to make evaporated milk, boil regular full-fat milk stirring it every 5 mins until it reduces to half the quantity. Moreover, this process removes 50%-60% of  the water from the milk making it slightly thicker and tastier than before
  • Eggs – Please note, that this recipe has no substitute for eggs. Therefore, eggs are another powerful ingredient in this milk cake recipe, it gives the cake the perfect texture and a smooth feel in every bite
