Firstly, breakfast recipes are all over the internet. Breakfast, being the most important meal of the day has to healthy, filling and easy to make. That’s when I thought of my easy breakfast casserole recipe. Moreover, its a blend of ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen.
Easy Breakfast Casserole Recipe
So, if I serve bread, milk and fried eggs as breakfast it may sound boring. However, what if I make a quick breakfast casserole with the same ingredients and some more love added to it ??
So, this recipe is all about adding quickies like chicken sausages, salami and whatever vegetables are easily available. Next, make a custard out of eggs and milk and pour it onto chopped bread and some spices to enhance its flavor.

INGREDIENTS (Easy Breakfast Casserole Recipe)
Firstly, our breakfast casserole has 3 main ingredients: bread, milk, and eggs. Other ingredients like veggies and sausages can be changed as per your liking. I love spinach and I think its a great add on to this custard-like casserole but you can even add some more veggies to this dish. Also, chopped bell peppers, peas, carrots are some more veggies which go well with this casserole
To keep the non-vegetarian scale high up there, we’ve added loads of chicken salami and chicken sausages. If you’d like some more variants, then, go ahead and add what you like or omit what you don’t
As a result, play with your ingredients as per your choice !!

EGG REPLACEMENT -Easy Breakfast Casserole
Firstly, I’m not someone who would substitute eggs for this recipe. However, just in case some of you are curious to do so here’s what you can do
So, you can use egg replacement powder.
Thus, here’s the measurement: 1 egg = 1/2 tablespoon egg replacement powder + 2 tablespoons of water
Now, mix the water and powder together. Next, add this to the batter just like you would add the eggs

Ingredients
- eggs 5
- milk, warm 1 1/2 cup
- dried oregano 2 teaspoons
- salt 1 teaspoon
- crushed pepper 1 teaspoon
- chili flakes 1 teaspoon
- melted butter 5 tablespoons
- spinach leaves, roughly chopped 1 cup
- chicken salami, chopped 1 cup
- chicken sausages, chopped 1 cup
- cheese, grated 1 cup (cheese of your choice)
- brown bread chopped, 12-15 slices
- butter, for greasing
- grated cheese, for garnishing
Method -Easy Breakfast Casserole
- Firstly, in a bowl, combine the milk, eggs, oregano, salt, crushed pepper, chili flakes, and melted butter. Whisk all the ingredients well
- Now, add the chopped spinach leaves, chicken salami, chicken sausages, and grated cheese. Mix well
- Grease a baking dish with butter and put the chopped brown bread pieces onto it
- Pour the milk and eggs mixture onto the bread, making sure all the bread pieces are submerged in the liquid
- Garnish with some more cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 50-60 mins. Note, the top of this pie should feel slightly wobbly and not liquidy
- Lastly, serve hot !!
