Ingredients for strawberry milk
Strawberries
Use fresh ripe strawberries. If the berries are overipe, their sweeter and even better to make this recipe. Clean the strawberries well and remove the stems before using
Sugar
Regular white granulated sugar is best. But some people love using brown sugar too. Use what’s easily available. Mashing the strawberries and sugar, until all the sugar dissolves is key to make the best milk with strawberries. This is what balances flavors

Ingredients
- 5-6 fresh strawberries
- 2-3 tbsps granulated sugar as per sweetness
- 1 cup milk chilled
- 2 extra chopped strawberries for garnishing
Instructions
- Roughly chop the strawberries and add it into a glass. Add the sugar to the strawberries. Mash this mixture using a spoon until the sugar has melted and the strawberries release its juice
- Pour the chilled milk over the strawberry and sugar mixture. You can garnish this with more chopped strawberry pieces and even decorate the glass with a strawberry on it
- Serve chilled and stir well before sipping this strawberry milk
