How to make healthy popsicles at home?
Add honey to coconut water as per sweetness. Mix well
In a popsicle mold, add fruits of your choice. Blueberries go well with coconut water, thus we added a bunch of it
Top up the berries with the sweetened coconut water and freeze till the popsicles are ready to serve

How to unmold popsicles?
Step 1
Remove the popsicle mold from the freezer
Step 2
Dip the mold in a bowl of room temperature water for 30 seconds. This will loosen the sides of the mold
Step 3
Carefully pinch the base of the popsicle mold and pull the popsicle from the mold
Step 4
If it does not pop out easily, do not apply force but place the mold again the room temperature bowl of water. This should loosen the sides
